Similar to previous IENE international conferences, the program combines plenary sessions, workshops, lecture sessions, poster sessions, and group-meetings, but leaves also many opportunities for individual encounters and discussions. The proposed special topics provide a thematic framework to which workshops, lectures and other presentations refer.
Other activities, such as IENE awards, poster competition, exhibitions, media activities, public announcements, etc., will take place during lunch and coffee breaks or at other convenient times.
The General Assembly of IENE members conference will take place in the middle of the conference. All participants of the conference are invited to discuss and decide about the future of the network.
